I

Application:

After you have filed your application and retain our firm it can take up to 3 months to receive a decision. Our experienced staff can communicate with social security agents and make sure they have all the necessary information for a successful claim.

I

Reconsideration:

If you are denied at application we will request for reconsideration and assist you in getting additional information that better presents your claim to social security agents.

I

Administrative Law Judge Hearing:

If denied again we will request and prepare your case for review in front of an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ).  Due to the covid-19 global pandemic all hearings are being held remote by either phone or video. Let our office guide you through this process so that you are prepared ad properly represented.

I

Social Security Appeals Council:

Received an unfavorable decision by an ALJ? Our lawyers will review your decision looking for procedural error, appeal it to the appeals council, and draft a brief on your behalf.

I

Federal Court Appeals:

Even if the Appeals Council denies you benefits, you can appeal your case through the Federal Courts.

Although we do not take claims to the USDC we will refer your case to one of our trusted USDC attorneys that we have referred to for years.

Our law firm has won benefits for clients through our persistence and experience. We have experience at all levels of appeal, and often appeal cases to the Federal District Court and win. Many, if not most, people who apply for SSDI without the assistance of an attorney are denied benefits. That doesn’t mean they don’t qualify for SSDI or can’t receive them. Let us help you avoid the pitfalls that plague this system.
