Recently, the Camp Lejeune Justice Act was signed into law, in conjunction with the PACT act. The Camp Lejeune Justice Act of 2022 now allows veterans who were exposed to contimanted water at Camp Lejeune to pursue federal tort claims to recover damges for their conditions associated with exposure to contiminated water at Camp Lejeune. This is seperate from your VA Disability Benefits, and has no effect on your benefits.
